Meal planning assistance with EatLove is a service that provides you with a personalized eating plan that is tailored to your needs by myself as your dietitian. 

It includes weekly meal plans, meal recommendations, grocery lists, smart restaurant choices, and even optional grocery delivery.

After your initial consultation, we will determine what types of foods you should be incorporating into your diet based on your dietary needs and prior conditions.

Then we will input it into the EatLove software and you are able to browse the different meal recommendations and options to put together your own grocery list with our guidance! 

You can access EatLove through your computer or their own app on your phone (which I recommend). 

It is a very simple and convenient way to get expert advice on how to add more nutrient-dense foods into your daily lifestyle.

Who Could Benefit from Meal Planning Services?

Our meal planning services are designed for people who want to learn more about how to eat more nutritious foods while dealing with various conditions. 

These conditions may include celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diabetes, high cholesterol and more.
